Returns

  • Please know it is our goal to provide you with the best shopping experience, and we want you to love your purchase! If an item you received is damaged or incorrect, please immediately email us at sisterbirdboutique@gmail.com for further assistance.
  • Returns are accepted for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY! 
  • If you need a different size of the exact same item, please order the desired size to ensure you get it. Include note of this with your return, and a refund will be issued in lieu of store credit. 
  • All returns must be received by Sister Bird Boutique within 14 days of the date received by purchaser.
  • The following collections, items, and discounts are FINAL SALE and can not be returned: Items purchased from SALE page, discounts or coupon codes exceeding 30% off, undergarments, Sister Bird Vintage, and food items 
  • We are happy to accept shoe returns with a restock fee of $10 will be deducted from return credit.
  • You may return 1 out of every 5 items purchased in a rolling 30 day period. After that, there will be a 20% restock fee per item. 
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, oil, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and the item will not be returned to you.
  • Items returned without a barcode will be charged a restock fee of $5/item. 
  • If an order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will not be sent back and no credit will be given.
  • Return credit will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
